I spent a wonderful Christmas holiday at this hotel. the modern feel and contemporary design of the room were impressive. I loved the fact that the room was quiet and comfortable, with air conditioning that worked perfectly even in the warm December month. the bed was big and very comfortable, and I slept soundly throughout my stay. the location of the hotel was also excellent, with easy access to major attractions and restaurants.
There were some negative aspects of the hotel. the breakfast was average, and I wished it had more varieties.

For our Christmas stay, we found the hotel’s access via taxi from the airport quick and easy. We were pleased with the modern furnishings in our room and appreciated the great views from our balcony. we felt safe and secure within the building’s secure entry.
The large wooden door at the street level was not clearly marked and confusing to find. the light under the small step in our room was irritating and could not be turned off.

This hotel in Naples exceeded my expectations in so many ways. the location is fantastic, situated on a central boulevard with a metro station just a 5-minute walk away. It's also conveniently close to the central station, making it easy to explore the city. Secondly, the staff at this hotel were extremely attentive and accommodating. One staff member went above and beyond to help me change rooms for an extra night when needed. Lastly, the rooms themselves were well-equipped with basic amenities and even had a whirlpool in some. It was a nice touch of luxury after a long day of exploring Naples.
My stay at this hotel was fantastic and I couldn't find anything to fault.

Located on a lively boulevard, this hotel offers great accessibility with a metro station just 5 minutes away on foot. It is also conveniently close to the central station which makes getting around the city a breeze. the rooms are clean and modern while the breakfast area boasts good interior design. Coffee is also high quality.
Some reviews mention noise from the busy street, and occasionally from fellow guests, so light sleepers might struggle.

The room at Napoli Svelata was beautifully decorated, demonstrating a modern and swish style. I loved the spa bath in the room which provided a luxurious experience. The owner went above and beyond by texting me to arrange check-in and promptly fixing a boiler issue. The new TV with an HDMI port was a nice touch, allowing me to relax in the bath while watching my favorite shows. Although the balcony was small, it provided a pleasant space to enjoy a cigarette and take in the view. I had a great experience at Napoli Svelata.
